Student Handbook

Dear Parents & Students,

class9

The theme for the 2009-2010 school year, “Planted For A Purpose,” is based on Ezekiel 17:22-24.  Through Ezekiel, God speaks of taking a tender sprig and planting it on a high mountain where it will grow, bear fruit and provide shelter. As the Mount Rainier Lutheran High School community seeks to grow spiritually, physically and academically this year, we will also seek to better understand our purpose from God’s perspective.

The mission of Mount Rainier Lutheran High School is to share values and shape lives for the purpose of equipping servant leaders for a global society.

Together we will seek God’s daily blessings and grace from our Lord and encourage each other in our mutual ministry with and to one another. We will also seek His guidance that each of us might embrace His purpose for our lives.

This handbook provides a framework for our working together as a Christ centered community. Please read it carefully so we can all grow with the purpose for which we have been planted.

REJOICING IN CHRIST,

Steven M. Thomas
Principal
